Psychotherapy

I am traditionally trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but over my time as an independent provider, now gravitate towards incorporating aspects of mindfulness, identity, self-compassion, attachment, relationships, and meaning-making in my therapeutic approach. I am especially passionate about chronic pain management; disease burden; anxiety and depression; trauma and other stress-related disorders; phase of life transitions; grief and loss; substance use and misuse; and sleep disorders.
